Submissions Q&A: Friday, September 17, 5pm ET<\/h2>

Stelliform Press is currently open for submissions. If you write climate fiction and are interested in submitting, feel free to drop by the booth and ask questions of Stelliform’s Publisher and Editor-in-Chief, Selena Middleton.<\/p>

Octavia Cade: Saturday, September 18, 7pm ET<\/h2>
\"Octavia<\/figure><\/div>

Octavia Cade<\/strong> is the author of the novella, The Impossible Resurrection of Grief<\/em>, as well as the Sir Julius Vogel award-winning novel The Stone <\/em>W\u0113t\u0101. She is a New Zealand writer with a PhD in science communication. Cade attended Clarion West 2016, has won three Sir Julius Vogel awards for speculative fiction, and is a Bram Stoker nominee. She was the 2020 writer in residence at Massey University, where she wrote The Impossible Resurrection of Grief.

The Impossible Resurrection of Grief <\/em>received excellent reviews in The Spinoff, The Chicago Review of Books, <\/em>and The Ancillary Review of Books<\/em>. <\/p>

Cynthia Zhang<\/strong> is the author of After the Dragons. <\/em>She is a Ph.D. student in Comparative Studies in Literature and Culture at the University of Southern California. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in Kaleidotrope, On Spec, Phantom Drift, and other venues. She is a 2021 DVdebut mentee.

After the Dragons <\/em>received a glowing, 5-star review from Mary Robinette Kowal, and was selected as one of Buzzfeed’s Best Books for August 2021.<\/p>
